The nurse will collect your samples and send them to our central and fully accredited laboratory for swift and efficient analysis. Results are ready within one to five working days from receipt of the sample by the laboratory, depending on the test or screen you select.
If your test is reactive, Better2Know will conduct confirmatory testing at no further cost; unless you test positive following a Chlamydia or Gonorrhoea Instant test, in which case an immediate prescription will be administered. As well as doctor’s consultations, we can refer you to a specialist service if necessary. Depending on the STI you have tested positive for, we can provide a prescription for the treatment you require.
